The member must promptly inform VERITYMOORE.COM of breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until VERITYMOORE.COM is notified, by e-mail, or by telephone of a breach in security, the member will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the service. To avoid re-bills, please convey cancellation requests 36 hours prior to re-bill. Either VERITYMOORE.COM or the member, upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone, may terminate at any time, and without cause, membership to VERITYMOORE.COM. Members are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. All re-bills are NON-REFUNDABLE. This Terms of Use and Conditions Agreement contains the entire agreement between the member and VERITYMOORE.COM regarding the use of this service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice by VERITYMOORE.COM to members. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Terms of Use and Conditions Agreement shall survive its terminations. 13. LIMITED TRIAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

All trial memberships are considered limited as per the membership benefits comparison chart. The three day trial membership becomes a monthly recurring membership fee of the current price listed at VERITYMOORE.COM unless it is cancelled prior to the re-billing at the time of the trial end. The one time one month trial membership is not re-billed as it is sold at a higher price for no recurring.

14. CANCELLATION OF RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS

If a three month, six month, or twelve month recurring membership has been purchased, MEMBER is liable for A MINIMUM OF ONE RECURRING CYCLE or they will be CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY THE FULL DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE NON-RECURRING AND RECURRING PRICE. If the account is unable to be charged automatically, a billing statement will be sent to the MEMBER. Monthly late fees will be charged at 1% monthly interest rate until the account is PAID IN FULL. Therefore, if a THREE MONTH RECURRING membership has been purchased, MEMBER is responsible and fully liable for the initial three months IN ADDITION TO ONE FULL MONTH at the recurring rate. If a SIX MONTH RECURRING membership has been purchased, MEMBER is responsible and fully liable for the initial six months IN ADDITION TO ONE FULL MONTH at the recurring rate. If a TWELVE MONTH RECURRING MONTHLY membership has been purchased, MEMBER is responsible and fully liable for the initial twelve months IN ADDITION TO ONE FULL MONTH at the recurring rate. If a TWELVE MONTH RECURRING YEARLY membership has been purchased, MEMBER is responsible and full liable for the initial twelve months IN ADDITION TO TWELVE FULL MONTHS at the recurring rate. The rate of interest is subject to change at any time without prior notice or the modification of these Terms and Conditions.

15. CHARGEBACKS, INSUFFIENT FUNDS, AND RELATED

If a MEMBER performs a chargeback, or any other attempt to cancel or remove their payment from VERITYMOORE.COM or VERITY MOORE ENTERPRISES, or if a payment has been returned due to insufficient funds, MEMBER OR BUYER will be responsible for ALL FEES RELATING TO SUCH OCCURRENCES, including but not limited to legal fees, costs of collection, costs of legal fees, returned check/bank transaction fee of $40.00 per check/transaction per incident, and all bank/financial charges charged to VERITYMOORE.COM and/or VERITY MOORE ENTERPRISES.
